Answer
·  I have registered with Lead me to it! but have not received an activation email, why?

Once you have registered you should receive an activation email within a few minutes, however, this can sometimes take slightly longer.

Did you type the correct email address when you registered? It's surprising how many people misspell their email address, such as yourname at ntlwordl.com instead of yourname at ntlworld.com.

Have you used a hotmail/aol email address? If so, a spam filter may have stopped you from receiving our email.

Once the activation email has been sent out, the link within it must be clicked on within 24 hours or your registration will be automatically cancelled. In this case, you can simply try again.

·  I have forgotten my password so can't login, what should I do?

Click on "Your Account", which will bring up the user login. Click on "Lost your Password?" then type in only your nickname and click "Send Password".

You should then receive an email containing a confirmation code. Click "go back" on the current page, which will take you back to the lost password page. This time, type in your nickname and the confirmation code that was mailed to you, then click "Send Password".

You should receive another email containing a new password allowing you to login to your account. From there you can change your password to something you can remember.

·  I have forgotten my password AND my nickname so can't login, what should I do?

Click here and send us an email from the email address you used to register at Lead me to it! We can use your email address to lookup your nickname in our database. We will then email your nickname to you allowing you to complete the above procedure to request a new password.

·  How do I change my email address that your newsletter goes to?

Firstly, login to "Your Account" then click on "Your Info". On that page you will see your existing email address. Change it to your new email address then scroll two thirds of the way down the page and click on "Save Changes".

·  I no longer want to be a member of Lead me to it! How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by sending a blank email to webmaster at leadmetoit.co.uk making sure that "Unsubscribe" is in the subject line of your email. Your unsubscription request will be completed within 24-48 hours.

You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of any Lead me to it! newsletter.

Unsubscribing will stop all future emails and membership of Lead me to it!

Please note, you must send the email from the email address that our newsletter goes to or your request to unsubscribe will not be processed. This is a security measure to prevent other people from unsubscribing you without your knowledge.
