Chaotic site with big promises of testing of products but they never deliver. If you join, make sure you log down every detail of a survey that you complete ie. survey number, date and the points that they are offering. Toluna dont seem to have moderators keeping an eye on the site so you will often not get your points. Any queries take up to 3 weeks to be answered.Once you have reached 64,000 points and you order the voucher of your choice, it can take up to 6 weeks for it to arrive. Again, log down the date you ordered it as they seem to argue about points and vouchers frequently.
